Copyright statements in SOAP schemata?

The copyright statements in the schema for encoding
(http://www.w3.org/2002/12/soap-encoding) and rpc
(http://www.w3.org/2002/12/soap-rpc) etc still list INRIA. Given the
copyright changes to the main spec docs, surely the schema should be
similarly treated?
