During the W3C XMLP WG Telcon on 6th March 2002 [1] the WG agreed to close Issue 182 by making the amendment to Part 1 section 2.6 proposed by Marc [2] with final wording as amended by Stuart/Henrik in email [3,4] and on the call to: "Failure is indicated by the generation of a fault. SOAP message processing MAY result in the generation of at-most one fault. Header-related faults other than mustUnderstand faults MUST conform to the specification for the corresponding SOAP header block." Marc: Since you were not on the call to agree/disagree with the final resolution of the this issue, it would be helpful if you could indicate whether or not you are happy for the issue to be closed as resolved by the WG.
