 Hi all, 8-)
 the issue 177 [2] was closed with the resolution proposed in 
the message [1].
 The resolution is, in short, to simplify rule #8 in section 3.1
[4] to only speak about NULL values, and to remove (or downgrade)
section 3.6 [3] which talks about default values.
