Raman, the Schemas are obtained by dereferencing the 2 namespace URis
listed in Section 1.2
(http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/WD-soap12-part1-20011217/#N233). Various people
have had difficulty finding these schemas, and I think we can do a better
job in making them more accessible. In addition, I believe that providing
the links to the schemas through their namespace URis is a clear violation
of the spirit of namespace URIs which are intended to be logical names
independent of the schema file locations (e.g. note the existence of the
separate attributes "xmlns" and "xsi:schemaLocation"). For this latter
reason, I am copying this email to the XMLP comments list so that this
problem might be fixed.

Looking through the December working draft of the SOAP 1.2 spec, I can
find the change log for the schema --but no schema or DTD anywhere in
sight.
