Re: XMLP issue 327 resolution

This resolution meets my concerns and puts them to rest.  I am happy for 
the simple resolution, the patience of those who might have not 
understood my ongoing objections, and the extensive other efforts put 
into clarifying IPR of participants to the extent possible.
