Re: SOAP Versioning

Larry,

The XML Protocol Working Group have discussed issue 14[1], SOAP
Versioning, further. As observed in earlier correspondence the
working group has provided a versioning scheme for moving from
SOAP 1.1 to SOAP 1.2.  This mechanism might be generic enough
for all future versions of SOAP but at this time the working
group does not plan to investigate this further.
