Greetings; The issue [1] here is to whether SOAP 1.2 supports in-scope usage scenarios, especially those usage scenarios relating to simple message exchanges on top of SOAP 1.2. Rationale for closing: The SOAP 1.2 specification makes it easy to exchange one way and two-way messages. It also provided support for more advanced delivery semantics.
