Hi. This is to notify you that issue 123[1] that you reported has been closed by the XML Protocol Working Group: the editors' copy now reads[5]: SOAP messages may be bound to different underlying protocols and used in a variety of message exchange patterns. The following two examples show SOAP used in connection with HTTP as the underlying protocol taking advantage of the request/response mechanism provided by HTTP (5 Using SOAP in HTTP).
