At its telcon on 18 November, the Working Group agreed to request that
XML 1.0 3e go forward to Recommendation status, despite your
outstanding objection [1].
We agreed to raise an erratum against 3e as soon as it is published,
and revisit the question at that time, but we were unwilling to make
the change you request at a point in the process where it would not
receive wide review.
The existence of an unsatisfied objection will, as is required, be
called out during the transition meeting.
