Re: IRIs aren't finished (first part) We do not agree that the incompleteness of the IRI spec is a serious problem. We consulted the TAG on whether we should use IRIs in Namespaces 1.1, and their opinion was that we should. We note that most implementations do not require any change to allow IRIs as namespace names.
