Can't view XML document.

Hi,

I use IE version 5.00.2314.1003 but I can' view following document:-
http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-xml-names-19990114/xml-names.xml 
An error is:-

The XML page cannot be displayed 
Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
