It appears I have found another tiny typo in the "Namespaces in XML"
document.  Appendix 3: Expanded Element Types and Attribute Names --
in the second table, row "CLASS" contains the following expansion:

   <ExpAName name="CLASS" eltype="SEAT">

but should probably be:

   <ExpAName name="CLASS" eltype="SEAT" />
