Folks, I realized a bit late that the xml namespaces REC [1] had invalid html. I fixed it: 1) I mentioned during an earlier document publication that the xml-to-html convertor that you used is confused about some types of nested tags (mostly <code><a href...></a></code>: it swaps the end tags for some reason...). It is also confused about <p> in <span> or <span> in <p>. 2) the TOC was marked up using for indentation (!). I replaced the markup with nested definition lists (<dl><dd>...</dl>). 3) the mailto: to xml-names-editor was broken 4) I made the reference to the XML REC a clickable one.
