Hi,

This comment refers to XML Encryption Syntax and Processing, 5.4.2 RSA-OAEP (https://www.w3.org/TR/2002/REC-xmlenc-core-20021210/Overview.html#rsa-oaep-mgf1p).

This section includes a schema definition that specifies "minOccurs='0'" for the DigestMethod element. Is this correct? According to all the surround text, DigestMethod is not optional for this algorithm.
