One last time! But as we prep to take the next step, I checked in on our "youngest" references and while we in-line the relevant bits of our spec (so there's no external normative ref) I notice that [1] is still a draft (due to expired in July 2002!?) and [2] is now an RFC. So I've updated the CMS-Algorithms reference (I presume nothing changed) and wonder about the status of [1]?
