Joseph,

Could you please update the "Phaos" column of the XML Encryption interop
matrix at http://www.w3.org/Encryption/2002/02-xenc-interop.html to include
"Y3" for the Decryption Transform as follows?

Decryption Transform for XML Signature    RECOMMENDED    Y3
    XML Mode    REQUIRED    Y3
    Binary Mode    REQUIRED    Y3
    XPointer support in Except URI    OPTIONAL    Y3 *

* Supports XPointers as profiled in XML Signature for #xpointer('/') and
#xpointer(id('ID')) only.

Also, the Phaos website link should be updated to
http://phaos.com/products/category/xml.html
