Draft registration for application/xenc+xml

I've attached a draft of an ietf-draft for a application/xenc+xml media 
type registration. Aside from formatting issues, have I done anything that 
merits correction or further specification? The only question I have within 
it is whether we should include the type of the encrypted data object as a 
parameter?
