Diffie-Hellman Key Value

Hi,

The Diffie-Hellman domain parameters as specified in  ANSI X9.42,
RFC 2631 (as listed reference [ESDH]) and  X509 consists of two primes
p, q
and a generator g of a subgroup of order q in GF(p), and optionally
validation parameters
seed and pgenCounter.

The DHKeyValue defined in section 5.5.1 is clearly follow from PKCS3
which is inconsistant
with what specified in the above documents. This will clearly cause
trouble when try to handle
D-H certificate and D-H public key.
