I look at the document in lynx in a terminal of width 80. I think I have 
everything tweaked that can be tweaked. Some things like the

Ok, I hope to have captured all your tweaks in new revision: 1.96.

Thanks for the tweaks on 5.5. However, 5.5.2 is still a bit confusing, is 
the second"For example, the initial (KM(1)) calculation for the example" a 
continuation of the previous example, or an alternative to it. Also, note 
that this second instance also has examples TBD.
