The W3C is planning on holding a "Technical Plenary" [1] (one meeting venue, lots of WG face-to-faces) from Febuary 26 - March 2. Also, an XML Encryption Activity proposal [2] is now before the W3C Advisory Committee (AC, meeting this week though they have four weeks to express their support of such an activity). If an XML Encryption Activity is supported and approved, would folks be amendable to having the first F2F March 1/2? Does that conflict with anything? (Teleconferences could happen before that date, but meeting requires 6-8 week notice for FTF, so having a date in hand at the beginning is helpful.) ___ [All these links are W3C Member accessible only as our activity start up process goes through typical channels, though once started, the WG would be public as the xmldsig is.] [1] http://www.w3.org/Member/allgroupoverview.html [2] http://www.w3.org/1999/05/XML-DSig-CFP-990521.html __ Joseph Reagle Jr. W3C Policy Analyst mailto:reagle@w3.org IETF/W3C XML-Signature Co-Chair http://www.w3.org/People/Reagle/
