SOAP XMPP Binding: feedback requested

The Jabber Software Foundation has defined a binding of SOAP to XMPP 
(a.k.a. Jabber):

Feedback from the xml-dist-app community is respectfully requested 
before we advance the spec to Draft in the JSF's standards process.
