Draft SOAP Primer with MTOM additions

Hello everyone:
The W3C XMLP WG is exploring the idea of an update to the SOAP Primer Rec to include MTOM/XOP(MIFFY) etc., and I offered to provide a proposal. I have produced a draft editor's copy of the SOAP Primer with MTOM additions [1], which I hope the you can review and comment on. 

Very briefly, the changes from the original Primer Rec (suitably highlighted) are
1) the addition of a new section 5.3 ("Optimized serialization of SOAP messages") to the existing section 5 ("Advanced usage scenarios") which contain three subsections on the abstract feature, the format and the binding
2) some minor improvements to the description of features and properties etc, in section 4 and pointers to section 5.3
3) section 1 and references: additions to reference and describe the added specs
4) incorporated all the accepted errata comments on the SOAP Primer Rec  

Please keep in mind while commenting that, as with the original Primer, it is written for those not intimately associated with the process of creating or reading the specifications, and must therefore, while being accurate, describe things with somewhat broader brush strokes and keeping with the flow of the original text and scenarios. Also, as MTOM/MIFFY->XOP is a work in progress, the primer is naturally a little behind. That said, **all errors are mine**, and this work has not been reviewed by the WG.

However, it should give you a general idea of what an expanded SOAP1.2 primer might contain.
