Here is a proposed rewording for R21 and R31 that attempts to capture the existence/extension discussion from the telcon today. R21. The specification should conveniently provide for the existence and extension of metadata to be carried with a message. R31. The specification should conveniently provide for the existence and extension of metadata associated with individual parts. Mark A.
