If we decide to close issue 326[1] by qualifying attribute I think part
A of this issue[2] can be closed with no action as the XForms ref
attribute is unqualified ( and ours will then be qualified ). If we do
decide to leave our ref attribute unqualified then we should probably
think about changing the name.
