[Issue] SOAP RPC return value accessor is ambiguous and imposes unnecessary processing complexities if the SOAP RPC response is represented using an array [1]. I agree with the commentator that this is an issue. However, For Last Call issue 298, RPC array representation unnecessary [2], we decided to close it 'by removing the array representation from the SOAP RPC Representation'. Thus, this is no longer an issue. Request the WG to close this issue without taking any action.
