How do I get off this list!

Does anyone know how to get off this list?  Please Help I want to have it
sent to my other address but I don't know how!

Looks like the mailing list software kicked me off the list
due to generating bounced mails - although it looks like the
problem was that when I sent a mail, the mail bounced as a
result of the list attempting to forward it on to members,
rather than it bouncing from my address :(

Anyone really know how this works so I can avoid it in
the future?
