Having had a chance to look at all the specs on the matrix, there are
a few that simply cause my eyes to glaze over and give me headaches
even thinking about how they can be compared. Those specs share the
"bloated spec" facet:
Due to a broad scope, overengineering, overspecification, or over
eager writing, this spec is huge. Developers are encouraged to
break up the spec into more managable pieces.
