Fw: typo in OIDS at www.loc.gov/z3950/agency/defns/oids.html

The oid table lists pdf for 1.2.840.10003.5.109.5 and it should be gif (usage is listed as image/gif, reference is to rfc 1341 which doesn't mention pdf, and pdf is 1.2.840.10003.5.109.1, usage application/pdf).

This error has been un-noticed for many years, even replicated in other tables.  Is anyone affected if we simply correct it?   Otherwise, if anyone requests, we can simply depricate 1.2.840.10003.5.109.5 and assign a new oid for pdf.
