RE: Language Codes in Negotiation Record

It seems to me that the MARC21 language codes - see
http://www.loc.gov/marc/languages/langhome.html - should also be considered.
These are all 3 letter codes and there is a certain benefit to having the
codes specified in the character set negotiation and those used within
MARC21 records to be the same.

I can think of some very cool 'research features' using the returned marc
record as input and getting the character set for the search negotiation out
of the submitted record :)
