I tried it with ICONE-2 client and it gave me back want the client asked for.

  I've just installed a new _test_ version of the COPAC target at:

      z3950.copac.ac.uk:2020

  which now supports much more of Explain, namely:

     "TargetInfo", "DatabaseInfo", "CategoryList", "AttributeSetInfo",
     "TermListInfo", "TermListDetails", "AttributeDetails", 
     "SortDetails"

  If there is anyone out there that can actually do anything with
  Explain, then please can you try out the target and let me know
  how you get on.

  This is only a test target and there may well be things that
  aren't quite there yet -- please let me know if you see anything
  or think I've forgotten something.
