Please note that there are two outstanding Z39.50
proposals; these are now linked directly from the
Maintenance Agency Page

Most recently added is the proposal at
http://www.loc.gov/z3950/agency/proposals/attributes.html
to modify the bib-2 and Utility attribute sets.
This proposal represents (tentative) agreement
from the April meeting and captured in three
messages from Ralph LeVan which are referenced in
the proposal.

Please comment on this latter proposal by July 19.
