Ralph I suggest you look at http://dublincore.org/documents/2001/10/12/library-application-profile/ which triggered my interest in this debate. I'm not sure that what is being included in DC-Lib should go into the XD Attribute Set. DC-Lib seems to be profiling additional data elements that can be used in the library community and therefore shouldn't go in the XD set. My concern is that Bib-2 is extending the access points in a different way to DC-Lib and this is likely to cause problems searching for documents described using the DC-Lib metadata elements.
