'likely' is perhaps too strong, 'a possibility' would perhaps be a better
term.  Given the comments on the need to better integrate Z39.50 search and
present with loan and document delivery the ZIG group need to be aware of
this possibility.

Whoa!  I am not aware of any consensus as yet that that is a requirement or
an intention.  Personally I'm not opposed, but others have fairly strong
opinions against moving to XML any time soon.
