type-1 query to SQL translator

I'm getting ready to do some tests of databases loaded under Oracle and DB2.
Anyone out there have some code for translating type-1 or better yet
type-101 queries to SQL?  I don't care about the particular schema that they
may map to.  I'll recode as necessary.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
