Embedded video in PDF with Apache FOP?

I want to have a video that is hosted on the web appear and run inside 
of a PDF produced by Apache FOP. So the video will not be embedded in 
the PDF file itself. The PDF will just have a window in which the video 
runs.

Anyone know if this is possible? If not with FOP, is it possible with 
Antenna House or RenderX XEP?
