Top Margins in FOP Apache

Hi

I have tried to upfrade from FOP 1.0 to later versions but I get problem
with top margin.

It always leave like 15mm in top. When I change in xslt file it doesn't
matter always 15mm.

It is in the PDF file we see the problem.

Same files works in 0.95 of the fopversion.

 

Any ideas?
