how to make content flow from left to right on page from t14 on 2010-05-12 (www-xsl-fo@w3.org from May 2010)

Hi

I am trying to create a pdf document (using xsl-fo) where the content starts
on the left of a page and continues on the right, similar to a news paper or
magazine.

Any ideas or even a clue to point me in the right direction????
