Error in opening PDF generated using FOP

Hi,

I used FOP to generate PDFs with embedded images, line graphs and pie
charts. PDF generation was working fine. When tried opening the pdf, many
PDFs opened but trying opening some pdfs gives error "There was an error
processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109)". I
searched the root cause for this issue in internet. Many say this may be due
to some image embedded. If any of you has encountered this issue, please
help me resolving.
