vertical justification

Hello,

In XSL-FO, it is possible to apply an horizontal justification to a block by using the "text-align" attribute with the "justify" value.
In the vertical way, the "display-align" attribute exists, that allows to align the content of a block at the top, in the center, or at the bottom, but not to justify it (streched in the whole height).

Does anybody know, if it's possible and how to apply a vertical justification to a page ?
