[ANN] Barcode4J 1.0 available

Finally, after a little over a year since the last release I'm happy to
announce the availability of Barcode4J 1.0 (formerly Krysalis Barcode).

Earlier this year, Krysalis Barcode was renamed to Barcode4J. This has
consequences for your stylesheets if you are already using Krysalis
