Does anyone know of the best way to create IBM's AFP printstream output from XSL:FO? I have looked at Apache's FOP, RenderX, and Antenna House software and they can output to a printer and I could use a IBM AFP Printer Driver for Windows but it isn't very scaleable. They also output to PCL and Postscript and there are conversion utilities that will convert to AFP but they are expensive and I don't really want another step in my process. What would everyone suggest?
