Is it possible in the upcoming FOP release to include a template backward compatibility node. The reason is that we are currently using FOP 0.19 and we have over 400 XSL template in our system. As there as changes between versions , our FOP 0.19 templates are not compatible with FOP 0.23 and later. See text from your release notes below. We do not have the resources to change these templates and are hoping that Apache could support some of their previous versions for backward compatibility. change from fop 0.19.0 to 0.20.3 ======================= This version supports the XSL-FO Version 1.0 W3C Recommendation <http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/REC-xsl-20011015/> syntax. So don't forget to update your Stylesheets: Just rename the master-name property to master-reference on fo:page-sequence, fo:single-page-master-reference, fo:repeatable-page-master-reference and fo:conditional-page-master-reference Regards Kevin _____________________________________________________ Kevin Sharfman BCom(Informatics) (UNISA), Cert.
