I am using FOP Version 0.20.5 and trying to enable PDF encryption     -noedit, -noprint while converting fo/xml file.

I did the installation of BouncyCastle and did setup as suggested in the page but getting the error....

"Cannot find any provider supporting RC4"

I am using JDK 1.4. Please let me know if you can help me in this matter.
