thank you very much for  your hint.
I also found one of your samples ( from 2003-11-04, listed below).
I thought with this help, I can make it.
Ran it, but i only got a pdf with the first page (out of 5)
I use Apache FOP with Cocoon.
Maybe you can give me a second hint.
