I'd like to be able to generate an index page on a catalogue, which looks like this: Widgets........................................12,13,44 Thingummies..........................................99 Whatnots that need a long-winded description...................................100,102 The names are left-justified, numbers are right-justified and dots bridge the gap. How do I achieve this with XSL-FO?
