Then create a page sequence for each company in the one XSL-FO instance. There is no limit on the number of page sequences in an XSL-FO instance ... they are all children of the document element. In each page sequence define the particular static content for the skin for that company appearance. Each page sequence will begin a new company on a new page, and that sequence's static content will be used on all pages generated by the amount of flow you have for that sequence.
