RE: flow direction

Alberto,
	if you refernce the footnote the o block at the beginning of the
toc, let's say the blcok containing the TOC text, unless you don't want to
keep all the toc elements inside a single page, the footnote will remain in
the first page.
As workaround, you can always refernce a note to an empty block at the
beginning of the document.
