Keep-with-next - when will is keep

Hello all,

     I've been using FOP from apache for some time now and I was wondering
does anyone know when "keep-with-next"  will be fixed.  FOP (xsl:fo) is so
cool but my VP is always saying why can't this title and this image stay on
the same page?

     Maybe someone knows a work around??
