PLease help...page rows being split

Hi all, 

Could someone please assist me with some advice....
When my pdf prints and it gets to the end of a page while printing  a table
with rows of data, it chops the row in half and atarts printing the rest of
it on the next page...how can i achieve the entire row being kept togethere,
or rather, how can I guarantee that specific chunks of data rows r kept
together...
