UTF-8 to PDF?

Hello,
Please, could somebody explain me how to implement folowing thing:
I have a data in utf-8 which and I have to publish it in PDF format. The FOP
tool is what I need. Question: does it possible to include this data in
utf-8 into PDF using this tool? Could you give me any ideas for way of
implementation?
